March 30, 2022 Dear Mr. ROY FERNANDEZ, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Mar 30, 2022 12:29:33 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. Mr. Fernandez you are NOT QUALIFIED to the DOLE-AKAP and you have been informed by OWWA Regional Office. Your return in December 2020 was due to the end of your employment contract. The DOLE-AKAP is exclusively for OFWs who lost their employment and was sent home due to COVID-19. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within THIRTY (30) calendar days from the date we received your review request.
