It would really help for me and for my familly speacially now we are all in quarantine period me and my whole family had been close contact to a positive covid patient it would really a big help for us both me and my partner now has no work we had 3 kids

August 23, 2021 Dear Ms. Delfa Delima, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Aug 19, 2021 03:52:16 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. Ms. Delfa Delima please be correctly and appropriately informed about the Freedom of Information (FOI) which is a project of the Presidential Communication Operation Office under the Office of the President. Its major function is to give public information about the data, programs, services and benefits of government offices. The FOI requires that you submit a snapshot of a government issued identification which you failed to submit and therefore no information shall be provided. Follow instruction.
