In compliance with IATF guidelines for Alert Level 1, the Office of the University Registrar are now shifting from online to on-site (face to face) transactions. They will no longer process applications for documents and other requests via email. You may visit their office for your request Mondays-Fridays, 8:00am to 12:00nn on-site transactions. No need to schedule an appointment. You can ask for a representative to apply in your behalf.
