Hi! I would like to see the official memorandum or any official document stating the official role of Congressman Jorge "Bolet" Banal in the Office of the Vice President. As can be seen in all of VP's photos, wherever she goes, in any activities or trips, Congressman Banal is there with her. Is he part of OVP's official staff?
Thanks and more power to VP Robredo!
