Dear Mr. Andro V. Santiago,
I am writing in connection with the request to provide a letter from the univeristy. Unfortunately, I can't provide this since I am researching these data as a homeowner of the affected village (Provident Village) and would like to know the official status of the village.
I have asked the homeowners association and they don't have the official records. We have also wrote the legal department of HLURB and they don't have a record of the turnover as well. I was hoping that DPWH would have these documents.
Thank you.
Best regards,
Domenico D. Lopez
