This is to request the set of official records, communications, complete staff work (csw) or "case folder" on the proposed disposition of the DSWD's 10-Hectare property in Bgy. 178, Camarin, North Caloocan City, relative to the advocacy of the occupant-ISFs as represented by the four associations, in connection with law provisions for disposition of government lands to bonafide residents on idle lands for the past 10 years, in accordance with RA 7279 and EO 131 s. 2002.
