Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to request an official document from PSA or PSGC which states that the said agencies/departments are compliant and are following the ISO 3166-2 standards set by ISO. I found Administrative Order No. 5, s. 2010 entitled Adoption and Use of ISO Codes PH and PHL for Philippines under gov.ph website but this only pertains to ISO 3166-1 for the country code. Your help and assistance on this is very much appreciated. Thank you for your time and kind consideration. Sincerely, Faye Santiago

August 13, 2020 Dear Faye Santiago, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Aug 06, 2020 11:12:59 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for Official Document Showing that PSA & PSGC is Compliant with ISO 3166-2. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have official document on PSGC which states its compliance to the ISO 3166-1 and 3166-2. However, the compilation and quarterly updating of the PSGC is a collaboration of the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) and its interagency Technical Working Group on Geographic Code (TWGGC). This was also the response by our Standards Service with you. Should you need additional information, you may contact us using the reply function on the eFOI portal. We would love to hear your Feedback so we can improve our services. Kindly fill out the PSA Customer feedback form from this link: https://goo.gl/forms/J8QrjkKm0ui9zB9n1 Thank you. Respectfully, Mr. Noel G. Perez (Information Technology Officer III) Officer-in-Charge Information Technology and Dissemination Service
