Hi! I would like to request for 1) the official copy of CLUP of Cebu City (comprehensive Land Use Plan) approved by the HLURB . The reason I ask this from the HLURB is because I want to know the TRUTH. 2) official answer and document from HLURB as to Area and facts of Slum Improvement Resettlement SITE of Cebu CIty. I attach the facts I read in the HLURB website . So please give me the official facts of SIR area of Cebu CIty (proclaimed/approved).. Thank you.. Cebu City Government and HLURB Cebu says I should get the answer from the one who made the website which is HLURB Head OFFIce.

January 4, 2019 Dear Kathy Darza, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Dec 15, 2018 07:18:01 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your Request You asked for OFFICIAL Approved CLUP of Cebu City certified as true copy by HLURB & SIR site of Cebu City. Response to Request Your FOI request is approved. Due to its volume, we cannot attach the CLUP of Cebu City. However, you may visit HLURB-Library at 6th Floor Sunnymede IT Center, Quezon Avenue, Quezon City, and have the document photocopied. You may also coordinate with the Local Government Unit of Cebu City. As to your request on Slum Improvement Resettlement Site, HLURB has no information regarding SIR of Cebu City. The project is being implemented by the National Housing Authority. Thank you.
