Per the CAAP Office of the Flight Surgeon & Aviation Medicine (OFSAM) Chief, If your intention is to eventually apply in the Philippines for a particular Class of Aviation Medical Certificate, the Office of the Flight Surgeon and Aviation Medicine (OFSAM) conducts its own color vision test using Pseudo-isochromatic Plates (Ishihara) and Lantern Test (Optec 900 Color Vision Tester). OFSAM does not conduct an Operational Color Vision Test. You may submit your anomaloscope test result for documentation purposes should you wish to continue with your plan.
