Good day to the officer or department concerned. We hope you're safe during this time of pandemic. We would like to request for the current capacity and occupancy rate of our Country's correctional facilities. This is for the purpose of assisting organizations who advocate for PDLs in drafting position papers and legislative amendments to better the conditions of PDLs and the officers and staff who manage these facilities.
