Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) at dfa.gov.ph and for the request for an appointment relative to your request for a copy of your Oath of Allegiance which was made in Philippine Embassy in London.
