I have lost my Oath of Allegiance. I took an oath at Philippine Embassy London on May 2016. Kindly help me to acquire another copy as I am renewing my passport.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) at dfa.gov.ph and for the request for an appointment relative to your request for a copy of your Oath of Allegiance which was made in Philippine Embassy in London.

Your right to request a review
