Thank you for your request received by this Office on 08 June 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
You asked if it is possible for you to get a copy of the resolutions issued by the Department on cases against Nutri-Asia Inc. covering the period of 2018 to 2023. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible. In this instance your request is denied given that upon further evaluation of your request, you failed to indicate your connection, interest, or legal standing in relation to the cases pending or resolved by this Department that involved Nutri Asia Inc.
