DSWD has limited research data/statistics on list of public and private nursing home facilities/home for the aged located in Region XI Davao City. However, we could not provide for their contact information, as well as their location, age, sex, marital status and health condition for these are classified as ``Sensitive Personal Information’’ and are protected under the Republic Act No.10173 otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012. It is the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) that may have the other data you require. Under Republic Act 10625 (the ``Philippine Statistical Act of 2013’’), the PSA is the government agency responsible for preparing and conducting periodic censuses on population, housing, agriculture, fisheries, business, industry and other sectors of the economy. Hence, you may wish to direct your request to the PSA by submitting a request to the PSA via this portal. You may also contact the PSA by telephone at 462-6600 locals 839, 833 and 834 or via email at [email protected].
