I, Rio W. Rodrigo, a 5th-year Architecture student from the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines (USTP) of Cagayan de Oro City, am conducting a research for my Architectural Design 9 (Thesis Proposal) as a requirement for the completion of my course study.
The proposed project is a mixed-use arts center situated in the City of Cagayan de Oro, Philippines that focuses on the field of visual arts. It houses facilities such as exhibition halls, library for arts, trading of arts, arts organization offices, studios, public arts on park and a lot more to offer. This project would be a big help on students studying visual arts, a great opportunity to reach every artist’s aspirations and a one-stop shop for every individual especially those people who has interest in arts.
In line with this, I am asking permission to request from your good office:
1. List of elementary schools with the corresponding number of students enrolled of year 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 in Mis. Or. (Including Cagayan de Oro City)

The proposed LANTAW: Visual Arts Center is a mix-used institutional green building situated in the City of Golden Friendship where it houses tourist center, library, galleries, lecture halls, exhibition halls, commercial spaces, open spaces and studios, that would fit every individual's aspiration, for a variety types of visual arts. The center pushes an activity which is to appreciate and give value to every meaningful art an artist created since arts are not that really the focus of the government's support.
I ask this certain data, the numbers of elementary and high school students of every schools in Mis. Or. (scope of my project), to know and incorporate spaces that would efficiently accomodate them on their educational tour in the proposed visual arts center.

OR. includling Cagayan de Oro City. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Feb 06, 2020.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
