Good afternoon! I am conducting a thesis regarding jail congestion in the Philippines in relation to A.M. No. 12-11-2-SC. I would like to request for the following data: 1. Number/percentage of PDLs who have been detained for at least a month and are awaiting arraignment from 2009 - 2022; 2. Number/percentage of PDLs who have been detained for at least a month and are awaiting trial from 2009 to 2022; and 3. Number of PDLS who have benefited from the Local Task Force Katarungan at Kalayaan from 2014 - 2022. Thank you and hoping for a favorable response.
