I am Ma. May Angelica K. Gripon, a 5th year architecture student in Technological Institute of the Philippines-Manila. I am humbly requesting the statistics of Blind Persons/Visually impaired students or are going to school in Calabarzon for my Thesis project proposal which is an Integrated School for the Blind. In relation with the said project and document, I would like to know how many blind people are in each province of CALABARZON that attends school so that I will know and I can choose the best site for my thesis, which is also among the top things to consider in doing the project proposal. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Dec 17, 2020.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
