Good day, I would like to request a list of events when a government official or agency requested priority take off or landing from a civilian airport between 2010 to 2022 and the reasons given for such a request. I would like the names of the agency or official that such a request was made under and if such requests were approved or disapproved. This is for the purpose of monitoring our public officials for any abuse of privilege.

Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office cannot give the information you requested because it is considered confidential and/or privileged and is therefore exempted to the right to access of information. Air traffic data include confidentiality clauses due to their nature of having possible safety and security implications. We hope for your understanding.
