Good day! I am Mark Vincent R. Mercene, a BS Development Communication student from the University of the Philippines Los BaƱos. I would like to request your available data about the number of teachers in primary, secondary, and tertiary schools who were found guilty of sexual harassment against their students from 2009-2021 for every region in the Philippines. This could be based on the Anti-Sexual Harassment Act of 1995 and other laws related to the said crime. If you have any concerns, you can contact me through my email address, [email protected]. December 3, 2021 Dear Mark Vincent, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Dec 02, 2021 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for the number of teachers found guilty of sexual harassment against their students. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, we cannot proceed with your request because you did not upload a valid ID for identity verification.
