To whom it may concern,
Greetings in the name of public service!
I am Matthew Dave Jucom, a third-year journalism student from the University of Santo Tomas. I am writing this message to clarify some areas from my request dated Nov. 25, 2021.
First, I would like to request data or any related survey on how many teachers and students reported that they have experienced any mental health issues during the pandemic.
Second, I would also like to know what specific actions or programs the Department of Education has implemented to resolve these concerns.
Lastly, I would also like to request for the total number of schools who will be participating or have been participating for the limited face-to-face classes.
The information that I will gather from this request would be utilized as supporting information for the paper that I am writing for my course Research in Journalism. The purpose of that paper is to explore the effects of this pandemic on the mental wellbeing of students and teachers.
In this regard, I am hoping that you could grant my request as it would truly help me in producing an accurate and informative output. I am also hoping for your favorable response. Thank you very much.
Respectfully yours,
Matthew Dave Jucom
