I am a Journalism student from UP Diliman, who is writing an article about the situation of Special Education (SpEd) centers in public schools of Metro Manila.
To make the article more factual, I would like to ask the following:
A. Number of SPED elementary public schools in Metro Manila
B. Population of SPED students enrolled in Metro Manila public elementary schools this academic year 2023-2024 and for the past five academic years.
C. Number of SpEd teachers in Metro Manila public elementary schools for this academic year for the past five academic years.

1. Public elementary schools that cater to SpEd program (graded and non-graded) per city in Metro Manila
2. Population of SpEd students enrolled in public elementary schools per city in Metro Manila this academic year 2023-2024 and for the past five academic years (A.Y 2018-2019, A.Y 2019-2020, A.Y 2020-2021, A.Y 2021-2022, A.Y 2022-2023).
3. Number of SpEd teachers in public elementary schools per city in Metro Manila this academic year 2023-2024 and for the past five academic years (A.Y 2018-2019, A.Y 2019-2020, A.Y 2020-2021, A.Y 2021-2022, A.Y 2022-2023).
