The research is about determining the readiness of Higher Education Institutions in the municipalities in Region 10 to cater the its SHS graduates. Furthermore, the same data will be used to identify if the number of slots of Scholarship/Grants-in-aid offered by the Commission on Higher Education is sufficient to support the said graduates and possibly identify the possible priority courses of the region.
