Hello,
I'm doing an undergraduate thesis regarding the effects of ICT on economic growth including its human capital spillovers. The purpose of my study is to investigate how ICT along with human capital contributes to economic growth. Therefore, I need a complete annual data of the total number of secondary pupils in the Philippines from 2001-2017. This will serve as a human capital proxy in my study. Thank you very much!
