I am Dayanara T. Cudal, a student of M.A. Journalism at the UST Graduate School. As partial fulfillment of my Data Journalism subject, we are tasked to acquire information from a certain government agency. In this case, I have selected the Philippine National Police. In line with this, I would like to humbly request for statistics of number of rape cases in Metro Manila in the last five years (2011-2016). I wish to determine if the last five years showed an increase or decrease in number of rape cases.
