Good day! I would like to respectfully request information from your good office regarding the following queries: 1. What percentage of all motorized vehicles are stopped yearly for random breath testing at police checkpoints? OR 2. what percentage of drivers are stopped each year for random breath testing at police checkpoints. 3.
