Good day! I would like to respectfully request information from your good office regarding the following queries:

1.  What percentage of all motorized vehicles are stopped yearly for random breath testing at police checkpoints?
OR 

2. what percentage of drivers are stopped each year for random breath testing at police checkpoints. 

3. Is there an established number of breath tests the enforcement agency must carry out each year?

This information will be used for research purposes.
