As per the AFP FOI Manual, please submit a fully accomplished AFP FOI Request Form (attached) along with two valid government-issued IDs, security clearances (NBI, PNP, Barangay), and a letter from your school endorsing your research. Should I get all those clearances or just 1 of them? And Where can I send the AFP FOI request form, 2 Governement IDs, clearances and school endorsing letter?

Is it PhilHealth ID and School ID (EARIST) acceptable for 2 government-issued IDs?
