I am Erika Hanne Yap, currently taking my Master's in De La Salle University with the degree program Masters in Education Major in Educational Leadership and Management.
The study aims to determine the relationship of the leadership style of school heads and the mental health of teachers.
The following data will be useful in computing the required sample size for survey and interviews:
1. Number of private school teachers per division in NCR from 2019-present
2. Number of private schools per division in NCR from 2019-present (counted only once)
The results of the study will be published in the thesis.
