I would like to know which region or cities have the most number of enrolled students, and which region or cities have the least number of constructed high school buildings. Also, which region or cities do the Department of Education have plans on financing a new high school building. This information will be used to identify which region or city I will be focusing on to development my thesis project: "A proposed high school building."
