Your request You requested for the following information: Statistics on the number of Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) who have children. Response to your request Unfortunately, the DSWD does not have the information you need. Thus, we are constrained to deny your request. Data of PDLs are with the Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) of the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) of the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG). You may wish to direct your concern to the BuCor and the BJMP by submitting a request to them via this portal. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Secretary ROLANDO JOSELITO D. BAUTISTA at DSWD-Central Office, IBP Road Batasan Pambansa Complex, Constitution Hills, Quezon City. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
