Hello! I am requesting for the total number of requests for medical assistance that is kept in your records. These requests need not have the name of the person - I would like to ask merely for the database or the raw data of how many requests have been made from 2015 to 2020, including the date when the request was made and the date it was granted or rejected.
This is for the whole Philippines (all regions). If only NCR data is available, then that is okay as well.
