Hi! I would like to request for information regarding:
1. Data about the number of enrolled, unenrolled, dropout in the middle of academic year, and out-of-school youth from 2018-202 in the municipalities and cities of Cavite
2. Data about the number of enrolled, unenrolled, dropout in the middle of academic year, and out-of-school youth from 2018-202 in the brgys of Tanza, Cavite
3. Age bracket of the out-of-school youth
4. May I request also that the data should be presented in a spreadsheet format?

Subject: REQUEST LETTER FOR ENROLLEMENT STATUS AND OUT-OF-SCHOOL YOUTH IN CAVITE
Dear Sir/Madam,
Good day,
I am Eunice S. Sermonia, a third-year psychology student at Lyceum of the Philippines University-Cavite. One of the requirements for our course is to conduct an undergraduate research/thesis.
My study will be about the academic motivation of out-of-school youth and its relation to their family relationship and social status. Our target participants are the out-of-school youth in Cavite, if possible, specifically in the municipality of Tanza, Cavite.
Hence, I would like to request data about the out-of-school youth from the school year 2018 to 2021, in all the municipalities and cities of Cavite, as well as per barangay in Tanza, Cavite;
Second, the age bracket of the students;
Lastly, may I request also that the data should be presented in a spreadsheet format.
Rest assured that all the protocols, rules, and regulations will be followed. And all the information collected from your office will be processed under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and for research purposes only. I hope that you will be able to provide me with the information that I needed.
