Greetings!
I, Charlene O. Dela Cruz, a bona fide fifth year BS Architecture student of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines – College of Architecture and Fine Arts, am conducting a research on the feasibility of my chosen project, an integrated Women Empowerment Center. This is in line with our architectural thesis undertaking which is a part of our curriculum leading to the fulfillment of the requirements for the Bachelor of Science in Architecture.
My proposed project will focus on the empowerment of women of ages 15-49 who are a member of or falls in the category of out-of-school-youth, teenage mothers, solo mothers, and unemployed/underemployed women. The project will also offer rehabilitation and empowerment of women with disabilities and those who are victims of violence against women.
In line with my research, I would like to request for the Number of Out-of-School Youth by Age group, Sex and by Province in Region 4-A (CALABARZON) to further justify the issue with OSY and their reasons of being out of school. My chosen site for the project was located in Region 4-A and happens to be the scope of my project which is the reason why I'm only requesting for the data of Region 4-A.
