1. Data about the enrolled students in ALS, ALS-EST, Open High School, and other Out-of-School Youth educational programs from 2018-2022 in the municipalities and cities of Cavite
2. Data about the enrolled students in ALS, ALS-EST, Open High School, and other Out-of-School Youth educational programs from 2018-2022 in the brgys of Tanza, Cavite
3. May I request also that the data should be presented in a spreadsheet format?

Subject: Number of OSY Educational Programs Enrollees 2018-2022
Dear Sir/Madam,
Good day,
I am Eunice S. Sermonia, a third-year psychology student at Lyceum of the Philippines University-Cavite. One of the requirements for our course is to conduct an undergraduate research/thesis.
My study will be about the academic motivation of selected out-of-school youth as predicted by their family relationship and social status. Our target participants are the out-of-school youth in Cavite enrolled in OSY educational programs such as ALS, ALS-EST, Open High etc, if possible, specifically in Tanza.
Hence, I would like to request data about the enrollment status of out-of-school youth programs from the 2018 to 2022, in all the municipalities and cities of Cavite.
Second, the age bracket of the students;
Lastly, may I request also that the data should be presented in a spreadsheet format.
Rest assured that all the protocols, rules, and regulations will be followed. And all the information collected from your office will be processed under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and for research purposes only. I hope that you will be able to provide me with the information that I needed.
