December 9, 2019 Dear Aries, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Nov 29, 2019 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Number of OFW deployed as cadets. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. A cadet is “a student of a maritime education institution who is required to undergo training on-board registered international ships or domestic ships to fulfill a maritime academic course” and is not covered by our monitoring system.
