Hi! I am Marti Rovira, Postdoctoral Research Officer at the Department of Sociology, University of Oxford. I would strongly appreciate if I could get your help to know the number of NBI Clearance Certificates requested in Philippines, per year, between 2002 and 2019. If possible, I would also need the motivation for which these extracts are requested (e.g. for employment reasons).
