I am Jertrude Samantha D. Rivera a fifth-year B.S. Architecture student of National University, Manila. I am in the early stage of developing an undergraduate thesis proposal, the objective is to come up with a proposal which will help in the advocacy of helping Children with Special Needs receive quality education through a facility that promotes improvement of teachers’ teaching efficiency and professional development through training programs.
Under Executive Order No. 2, s. 2016, Freedom of Information Order, I am writing to request your good office for the following public information/records for my data gathering:
1. Number of mainstreamed elementary and secondary students in the Public Sector by City/Municipality of Region 4A (SY 2013-2018)
2. Number of mainstreamed elementary and secondary students n the Private Sector by City/Municipality of Region 4A (SY 2013-2018)
The data mentioned above are needed for the researcher to fully understand what is best for the thesis proposal. The number of mainstreamed students per region will help the researcher in identifying the scale of the proposed project and as to the extent of the facilities to be offered as well.
I would appreciate your advice if the information requested could not be disclosed nor released within the timeframe prescribed by Metro Manila Citizen's Charter and R.A. 11032, Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018.
