I am James Daniel Pilarta, a 5th year BS Architecture student from the University of the Philippines - Diliman. I am currently doing my thesis on Socio-generative Architecture: The Hip-Hop Youth Center as an Urban Youth Development Facility in Tondo, Manila.
I would like to request the following data from your kind office:
1) Number of learners under the DepEd's Alternative Learning System within Tondo, Manila;
2) Number of Community Learning Centers within Tondo, Manila;
3) Number of trainers, facilitators, coordinators under the ALS programs within Tondo, Manila
