Hi, I'd like to request a dataset showing the breakdown of the number of K-12 enrollees by region and educational level for S.Y. 2019-2020. If possible, it would be great if they could be separated into sectors like Private, Public, SUCs/LUCs, and overall.
Thanks!

Hi, the document I'm asking for looks something exactly like this, except for 2019-2020:
https://twitter.com/MB_InaHernando/status/1323464117747789825
with separate datasets of public only, private only, and SUCs/LUCs only.
I am writing a research paper on Data Analytics as a 3rd year Information Technology student. The main objective of my paper is to find the regions most affected by the COVID-19 pandemic in terms of reduction in enrollment rate.

There will be 4 separate tables based on each sector, namely public only, private only, SUCs/LUCs only, and overall total.

For the S.Y. 2020-2021, a 10% decline across all basic education (Kindergarten to 12th grade) levels has been recorded by the Department of Education as of November 2020. The estimated number of enrollees compared to 2019-2020 has dropped by around 2.7 million across the entire nation [1], with some specific regions being hit harder than other regions. These regions must be prioritized by the appropriate governing bodies to help find improvements on facilitating and providing distance learning for basic education students within the area. This not only gives an opportunity for the current dropouts to catch up to their studies, but also provides the region with much-needed modernized education systems.
Because of this, I have devised a project to analyze the enrollment data of S.Y. 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 as a way to identify which regions are statistically more affected by the pandemic in terms of basic education dropouts. The software to be used in this analysis will be Weka for the preprocessing and classification of data, R Markdown for the creation for of dynamic findings and reports through R code, and Tableau for the visualization of results and findings.
The primary benefactors of these findings are the children in basic education age, as this helps identify and deliver the appropriate programs to those who are in most need of assistance with their education. This also benefits their immediate family members, especially their parents, who most likely have trouble finding ways to keep their kids in school especially during times of crisis like the pandemic.
