June 1, 2022 Dear Gabrielle Kenth Hayashi, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated May 27, 2022 02:50:50 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your Request You asked for Number of Jobs Per Municipality and City. Response to Request Your FOI request is approved. However, please be informed that we do not have data on the total number of jobs (filled and vacant positions) in Region 3. Nevertheless, we can provide you data on the number of vacancies posted at the PESO Employment Information System (PEIS). PEIS is a system used by the Public Employment Service Offices (PESOs) for employment facilitation which contains an active database of manpower supply. The PESO is a non-fee charging multi-dimensional employment service facility or entity established in the Local Government Units (LGUs). Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Sec. Silvestre H. Bello III and e-mail address at [email protected]. . Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
