Your request You asked for the Number of Japanese in the Philippines and the Number of Visas issued to Japanese from 2015 - present. The visa policy of the Philippines is governed by Commonwealth Act No. 613, also known as the Philippine Immigration Act, and by subsequent legislation amending it.
