Good day! I would like to request for the data on the (1) Number of indigents by region from 2010-2016. In addition, I would also like to request for the following data on the (2) number of beneficiary indigents who received Z benefit package by region (3) number of beneficiary indigents under the top 10 medical cases by region (4) number of beneficiary indigents under the top 10 procedures by region (5) the usual package, medical cases, and procedures availed by beneficiary indigents If possible, I would want the data to be in excel format.
