Hi Beverly/Jenielyn,
The purpose of this request is to enable us to perform market study as part of our business planning for our tutorials and review center which is mainly based in Quezon City, NCR. The information requested above will enable us to perform market profiling and assess the right target market for our business.
With the ongoing COVID pandemic, we are planning to shift our services online and focus on academic tutorials to help students in the following grade levels requested above with their online module classes.
Kindly share to whom we should address the formal request letter, i.e., name, designation and email address, as well as the short abstract.

I refer to my letter of Feb 02, 2021 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Number of Grade 11 and Grade 5 students for SY 2020-2021. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Apr 27, 2021.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to or visiting our central office.
