Hello, I am Prinz Magtulis, a freelance journalist based in New York and currently studying at Columbia University. I am writing to request your good office for pertinent data that would show the number of Filipinos who left the country using students visas. If such data is available, we would like to request a historical data from 2017-Q1 2021 or whichever is latest. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the particular information you have requested. The Bureau can only provide total number of Filipinos who departed but not those who specifically left with student visas. However, you may wish to contact the embassies concerned for your particular request. For further assistance you may review the FAQ section of the eFOI site: https://www.foi.gov.ph/help. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to BI Commissioner Jaime H.
