Physician 2. Nurse 3. Midwife 4. Dentist 5. Medical Technologist 6. Pharmacist 7. Nutritionist-Dietitian 8. Physical Therapist 9. Occupational Therapist 10. Radiologic Technologist 11. X-ray Technologist
