You asked for the number of winning and losing cases involving human rights violation in re-blocking relative to NHA-NGC land acquisition that the Public Attorney's Office handled.


Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the specific data that you have requested. You may, however, refer to our website (http://www.pao.gov.ph/page.php?id=125) for all the statistical data that are collated by the Office.


Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Dr. Persida V.
