ABSTRACT
In the year 2020, the global systems were abruptly changed. Late 2019, SARS-COV 2, or mostly known as CoViD-19 slowly changed the world and affected the lives of people. Many organizations switched to doing transactions online because of the restrictions and risk to keep in close contact with people as the virus might further spread. Educational systems were one of the most affected with this change. Many institutions tried to adapt in a shorter time to change the way of teaching to still create progress amidst the pandemic. Amidst the situation, there had been online selling platforms that help students adapt to change by helping them choose the right laptops at a reasonable price with specifications that can help for e-learning. One of the most famous selling platforms in the Philippines is Facebook. The main purpose of this study is to determine a specified format to standardize Facebook commerce pages on their product description for their laptop listings since Facebook page posts does not offer product listing and description format to be filled up by the Facebook commerce unlike any other selling platforms. This is to ensure customer satisfaction among the high school students of Cebu City and Mandaue City. Using Analytical Hierarch Process (AHP) method, a specified format for satisfying customers shall be created. Qualitative and quantitative information will be gathered through the survey Facebook E-Commerce - Customer Preference Survey Form through the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) in which the laptop specifications serve as the criteria. By the end of the research, decision alternatives for laptop specifications shall then be created so that sellers can increase customer satisfaction, at the same time boost their market.
INTENDED OUTPUT OF THE STUDY
The intended output of the study is a standardized alternative for Facebook sellers on how to market brand new laptops suiting the needs of the buyers and future users of the laptop. Since the target users are the high school students, we intend to create and collate the needs of the target market for the laptop that they need for educational purpose. With the data gathered, the attached photo will be created. For the alternatives such as CPU, GPU, Storage, etc. are temporary alternatives since these are the only data initially obtained from the proponents’ survey.
