I would like to ask for some data on the following, please:
1) the number of complaints that have been reported through Hotline 1349 against employers who are discriminating against their employees because they are not vaccinated.
2) the number of compliance orders issued to employers to allow the workers to report to office AND/OR to pay for their salary as a disciplinary action for not complying.
Data within the period of Aug 9 to Dec 3, 2021.

Greetings!
Thank you for your request dated Dec 06, 2021 01:27:37 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch on
the number of complaints that have been reported through Hotline 1349 against employers who are discriminating against their employees because they are not vaccinated.
Your FOI request is approved. Please find answer below of the information you requested.
The Hotline 1349 is not accepting filed complaints for that particular issue. Complaints are filed in the different DOLE field offices which have jurisdiction over the location of the company/ offices.
Hence, Hotline 1349 has no record of complaints against employers who are discriminating against their employees because they are not vaccinated.
