Dear Sir/Ma'am: I have already lodged a request for this almost a year ago. However, I received no response. Instead, you closed my request despite me replying immediately to all your responses. I hope this time you would respond to my request. I would like to request for information on the following: a) The number of women diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome in the Philippines (from 2015 -present) b) Age Range of women with PCOS c) PCOS Cases in Davao Region, particularly in Davao City d) DOH activities regarding PCOS Thank you very much.
