I have already lodged a request for this almost a year ago. However, I received no response. Instead, you closed my request despite me replying immediately to all your responses. I hope this time you would respond to my request. 

I would like to request for information on the following:

a) The number of women diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome in the Philippines (from 2015 -present)
b) Age Range of women with PCOS
c) PCOS Cases in Davao Region, particularly in Davao City
d) DOH activities regarding PCOS

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, this Office does not have the information you requested. Please note that as of the moment, our FHSIS unit does not collect data related to PCOS.
