Good day! May I request for the number of Chinese tourist issued an SWP permit/visa under the CONSTRUCTION & CIVIL ENGINEERING industry from JULY 1, 2016 to the month of DECEMBER 31, 2019.
May I request that the data be presented in a table form PER MONTH and NOT in TOTAL for the year stated.

Dear Ms. Dulce,
Please be informed that the Department of Labor and Employment through the Bureau of Local Employment (BLE) is monitoring the Alien Employment Permit (AEP) issued to foreign workers. Hence, may we seek clarification if these are data you are requesting for. It may be noted that the data on SWP issued to foreign tourist may be provided by the Bureau of Immigration.

I refer to my letter of Feb 12, 2020 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Number of Chinese nationals issued an SWP permit/visa under CONSTRUCTION & CIVIL ENGINEERING. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of May 06, 2020.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to or visiting our central office.
