Good day. I want to request for data and information about the following:
1. Number of filed/reported violence against children (VAC) and its classifications (Physical, Sexual, Rape, Neglect, Etc.) in Valenzuela City from 2017 to 2022.
2. The number of people charged with child abuse in Valenzuela City from 2017-2022.

Dear Mr. Saldeda,
Thank you for your request dated Sep 20, 2023, under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for the Number of Child Abuse Case in Valenzuela City.
We received your request on Sep 20, 2023 and will respond on or before Oct 11, 2023, 08:17:32 AM, in accordance with the Executive Order's implementing rules and regulations.
However, the DSWD has limited information on the number of clients served by its residential care facilities in NCR and programs, catering to children. Thus, we shall partially grant your request.
The requested data may also be provided by the Philippine National Police. Hence, you may direct your request to the said agency.
You may also coordinate with the City Social Welfare Development Office of Valenzuela City for additional data.
