The mindanao Development authority (MinDA), by virtue of Republic Act (R.A) 9996, is mandated to "establish a comprehensive and integrated database on Mindanao and the Brunei Darussalam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines East -ASEAN Growth Area (BIMP-EAGA) needed for planning and decision making from our policy makers.
